Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at livinglarped@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the situation and determine the best way to make it right. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, no items are eligible for return or refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

Gift cards
Limited-release items
Worn or used items
Items without original packaging or tags

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and order details before purchasing.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds unless there is a verified issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged/defective product. If an exception is approved, any refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
